Please check with your extended health insurance provider and with our OT’s to determine coverage. Private pay is also an option if an external funding source is not available.
PROFESSIONAL FEES

General occupational therapy assessment, consultation, and treatment .....$130.00/hr

Medical legal assessment and consultation .....$160.00/hr

Specialized assessments and treatment: e.g functional cognition following brain injury or concussion; PGAP ​.....$140.00/hr

Massage Therapy .....$100 + tax

Health and Wellness Presentations to Groups .....Customized
Total assessment time and associated costs can vary depending on length of time required to complete the assessment and documentation requirements of funder.
Fees for all services will be discussed with clients and referral sources prior to the first appointment, including fees for travel if outside local area.
Treatment session cost are a minimum of 1 hour fee.
Stratford OT requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Clients may be charged if we do not receive appropriate notice:
1 hour fee when less than 24 hours
1 hour, plus travel time if client not at home for scheduled home visit.
